Gallaudet Professor Creates Historical Change

Born at the end of the Jim Crow era, Dr. Carolyn McCaskill, a professor of deaf studies at Gallaudet University, has seen firsthand the pressures of being black in America -- pressure made worse because she is deaf. But even without a voice, she's spoken out and she's creating historical change. News4's Seth Lemon reports.
