Police in Montgomery County are investigating a double homicide that happened early Sunday morning in Takoma Park.
Someone reported the sound of gunshots in the 7300 block of Flower Avenue shortly before 2 a.m. Sunday. When officers arrived, they found two men shot to death in a driveway.
Police have not identified the victims pending notification of next of kin. Nor have they released any information about the search for a gunman. A police spokesperson said Sunday afternoon that authorities do not feel that there is any threat to the community.
