A seventh suspect has been charged in the fatal stabbing of an 18-year-old Montgomery County man at the Woodley Park Metro station.
Greg Whittaker, 19, was indicted on felony murder and other charges.
Prosecutors say he was part of the group that is responsible for Olijawon Griffin's death last November.
Police say the group robbed Griffin in Adams Morgan and then stabbed him to death when he tried to get his belongings back.
Six other teens -- all between the ages of 16 and 17 -- are charged as adults in the case.
The six teens are: Chavez Myers, 17, of District Heights; Muquan Cawthorne, 16, of Mount Rainier; Isaiah Gant, 16, of Hyattsville; Gary Maye, 17, of Hyattsville; Deon Jefferson, 17, of Landover; and Immanuel Swann, 17, of Brentwood.
Prosecutors say that on the night of Nov. 16, the group planned to rob people of iPhones and other valuable items.
They allegedly attacked Griffin near a gas station in the 1800 block of Adams Mill Road in Adams Morgan, stealing his coat and hat.
Griffin and two friends followed the group and confronted them in the Woodley Park Metro station, and a fight ensued. Prosecutors say Chavez Myers, 17, snuck up on Griffin on the mezzanine level and stabbed him in the heart.
