D.C. police arrested a 19-year-old man in connection with a drive-by shooting that injured 13 people early Monday morning. Andrew+Davon+Allen

Craig Steven Wilson of Southeast faces a charge of assault with intent to kill. Police also located a 1999 Mercedes-Benz coupe they were looking for, but they are still looking for a person of interest, 19-year-old Andrew Davon Allen (pictured right). Allen stands 5-feet-8 inches tall and 150 pounds with brown eyes, black hair and medium complexion.

People in at least one of two cars caught on surveillance video opened fire on a crowd gathered outside the Tyler House apartments in the 1200 block of N. Capitol Street abound 2:10 a.m.

Most of the victims -- seven men and six women -- were shot in their extremities and suffered non-life-threatening injuries, though one victim was said to be in critical condition. One victim was a 17-year-old; the rest are adults.

The most serious injury was a man who was shot in the back, News4’s Megan McGrath reported earlier this week. Some victims may have been injured by glass from a bus shelter that was shattered by gun shots.

Authorities have not ruled out the possibility that some people in the crowd fired back at the drivers, McGrath reported.
