Prince George's County Police are investigating a murder early Thursday in Capitol Heights.
The victim is identified as 21 year-old Nichols Andrew Battle of the 100 block of West Mill Road in Capitol Heights. Police responding to a call for a suspicious vehicle found Battle, suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
