The sheriff's office released a composite sketch of one of the men sought in a recent home invasion hostage situation in Loudoun County, Va.
Four men forced their way into a home in the 13400 block of Loyalty Road late Tuesday morning after knocking on the door and claiming to have a delivery, according to the sheriff's office. Once inside the home, they brandished a weapon and used it to hold the family of five hostage as they removed items from the home.
No one was injured during the robbery.
Detectives say the men are possibly driving a gold or tan Nissan SUV, possibly a 2003 Nissan Murano.
The man in the composite sketch is a while male between the ages of 17 to 25. He's estimated to be 5-feet-9-inches to 5-feet-10-inches tall with brown eyes and short black hair. He also was described as having scruffy facial hair and was wearing a long-sleeved gray shirt and baggy jeans at the time of the crime.
Detectives believe the second white male is roughly in his mid-20s, standing 5-feet-10 inches to 6-feet tall and 170 pounds with red hair and acne on his face. He was wearing black clothing.
One of the African-American men was described as being bald, heavyset, 6-feet tall and wearing black clothing.
The other African-American was skinny, about 5-feet-9-inches tall, about 150 pounds with an angular shaped face. He also wore black clothing.
Authorites urge members of the Loudoun community to review the sketch and stock photo of the possible suspect vehicle and to report any information regarding this case to Detective S. Cumberledge of the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigations Division at 703-777-0475.
