May's supposed to be breezy. Instead, we got freezing.
Tuesday's temperatures tied the record low for May 14 at both Dulles and BWI airports, last set in 1996.
Temperatures dropped all the way to 32 at Dulles and 34 at BWI at 6 a.m. Storm Team 4 Meteorologist said he did hear some reports of frost, mostly on car windows.
Later Tuesday, we'll swing up to 64 -- although that's still about 10 degrees lower than average.
The unseasonable cold won't last, though. By Wednesday we'll be enjoying temperatures in the 80s.
