A popular Georgetown restaurant is defending itself in court against the accusations of a customer.

According to the City Paper, a diner at Bourbon Steak on Pennsylvania Avenue is suing the restaurant and its manager, Mark Politzer.

Court papers filed by Kathryn Campbell accuse Politzer of forcing her and others out of the Georgetown establishment and calling them "prostitutes" and "ladies of the night" during a meal there three years ago.

Campbell wants $100,000 for medical expenses, loss of income and wages, and personal hardship suffered as a result of the incident. The complaint doesn't specify exact physical injuries.

The restaurant offered no comment in the published report.

The lawsuit was filed April 26.

The incident allegedly happened in April 2010.

Politzer won a "Rammy"  award in 2010 for Restaurant Manager of the Year.
