A Manassas woman answered her door Wednesday evening to the surprise of a lifetime.
Diane Winter won a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in the Virginia Lottery's JeepSeeker interactive game. News4 cameras were rolling as Winter screamed with surprise and joy at the news.
Winter, a single mother, recently took in her own 89-year-old mother and said money has recently been tight. She said her sons have needed a car to drive.
