Police have charged another suspect wanted in connection with a carjacking in Manassas last month that also involved four minors ranging in age from 12 to 17.

Antoine Clarence McIver, 20, was arrested Saturday and charged with carjacking and use of a firearm in commission of a felony.

Police say McIver was among the suspects who brandished stolen BB guns as they accosted two people parking their minivan outside their Manassas home Dec. 26.

The victims had no idea the weapons were BB guns, they told News4's Jackie Bensen. "One guy held a gun to my face," the woman said, her voice waivering. "They said, 'Shut up.'"

The carjackers stole not only the victims' minivan but also rent money and a tablet computer that the couple had bought for their daughter, the victims said.

The suspects then picked up friends at the mall -- including a 13-year-old girl, who drove the stolen car -- and traveled to a local McDonald's, where police spotted them.

Three boys, ages 12, 14 and 17, and the 13-year-old girl were charged last month in connection with the case.
