A man in his 20s was seriously injured Friday night when he was stabbed inside of an apartment lobby in Silver Spring.
Police say two men got into a dispute at the lobby of the Cole Spring Plaza Apartments on Spring Street, and one stabbed the other.
It is unknown at this time whether the two knew each other.
The suspect ran from the scene.
