Authorities are searching for a woman who went missing from Frederick County.

Teresa Lentz, 49, was reported missing by her daughter shortly after 9:45 p.m. Wednesday.

Lentz's daughter called 911 to report her missing after finding her SUV on the side of Reels Mill Road, along the railroad tracks.

Teresa Lentz had been out running errands and family members began to worry when she did not return text messages and phone calls. She last spoke to her husband at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Her phone and some other personal belongings, including her keys, were found inside her abandoned SUV.

Authorities, assisted by K-9 units, searched the area overnight but didn't find anything.

The Frederick County Bureau of Investigation is asking anyone who may have seen Lentz or her vehicle Wednesday to call 301-600-1046 or 911 immediately.

Lentz is 5'6" and weighs 165 pounds. She has shoulder-length brown hair and hazel eyes, and wears glasses.

Her 2005 blue Ford Expedition has white lettering saying "Mountaintop Electric, Residential Light, Commercial Service and Upgrades" on the side and rear windows, and a Ravens emblem on the rear.
