An employee at an unlicensed daycare in Prince George's County was arrested after he was captured on video apparently abusing a toddler.
Johnathan Desmond Cummings, 19, admitted to kicking a two-year-old boy under his care, police said.
They believe there may be more victims.
The case unraveled Monday after the witness who took the video shared it with the parents of the boy. Authorities were then called to the daycare, located at a home in the 13600 block of Wood Ember Drive in Upper Marlboro.
Cummings was charged with physical child abuse and second degree assault. He has been released on a $35,000 bond.
The owners of the daycare have received a cease and desist order, and can't reopen without a license.
