More than five years later, a 25-year-old man has been arrested in the shooting death of 21-year-old Phillip M. Harley of Fort Washington, Md.
Police say Harley and Maurice Braswell got into an argument at a party they both attended June 13, 2008 on Arwen Court in Fort Washington. Harley was found that evening suffering from a single gunshot and was pronounced dead at a hospital.
Braswell was arrested Wednesday and is facing first-degree murder, second-degree murder and other related charges.
