A man was struck and killed along the Baltimore Washington Parkway early Saturday morning.
Police said the man was walking on the southbound side of the parkway near Greenbelt Road when they were struck. The incident occurred around 4:30 a.m.
The parkway remained closed while police investigated the accident. The roadway reopened shortly before 9:30 a.m.
They have not released any other details about the identity of the victim.
