A man died Tuesday morning after falling from a tree in Fairfax County, authorities said Wednesday.
It happened in the 5100 block of Chowan Avenue in the Lincolnia area. Officers were called to the scene around 9:15 a.m.
Jassiel Moyoraga Benavidez, 21, of no fixed address, was found dead at the scene.
Detectives said they don't suspect foul play, but Benavidez's cause of death will be determined by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
