A 23-year-old man was arrested Tuesday in connection with the shooting death of Quentin Lavar White June 22 on East Capitol Street SE.
Police were dispatched to the 3500 block of East Capitol Street SE just before 1 a.m. for a shooting. There, they found White suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital where he later died.
July 5, Wesley Monroe was arrested on first-degree murder charges. Tuesday, Don D. Page, Jr. of Southeast D.C. was charged with first-degree murder.
