Veterans seeking employment will get the opportunity to meet with a number of potential employers at a "Hiring Our Heroes" event in Springfield, Virginia.
The career fair, which is sponsored by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and American Legion, will begin at 10 a.m. Thursday at American Legion Post 176 on Amherst Avenue.
CVS, Bank of America, Lockheed Martin will be among the companies in attendance.
Veterans and their spouses are welcome to attend, but you will need proof of your military service.
