Police in Montgomery County are investigating a fatal car crash in Gaithersburg early Sunday morning.
Investigators say that 21-year-old Luis Kenyo Chambergo-Chanco of Montgomery Village was killed when his 2001 Honda Civic crossed into the northbound lanes of Snouffer School Road just north of Centerway Road and struck a 2009 Nissan Rogue. The accident occurred just after midnight Sunday.
The driver of the Nissan, 48-year-old Tamara Rabinovich; and her passenger, 48-year-old Sergey Kleyman, both of Gaithersburg, were taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
