Officials are asking the public's help in locating a 12-year-old Silver Spring girl who was last seen Wednesday afternoon.
According to Montgomery County Police, Essence Bailey was last seen at approximately 4 p.m. Wednesday. She residents in the 13000 block of Castle Boulevard. Police say she stands at 5'02", weighs 125 pounds and was last seen with a pink bandanna on her head.
Police and family are worried about her because of her age.
